You'll be replacing my roommate who moved out.
The lease runs through June 2024.
We share the common areas of the house (which are mostly furnished).
We keep the house sparkling clean and share the work to maintain the yard (mowing, trimming, raking, weeding, snow and ice removal) in tip-top shape.
No smoking, no drugs, no pets.
Utilities are not included, we share the costs for electricity, gas, water, Internet (trash is paid by the landlord).
Must be clean, reliable and willing to enter lease through June 2024.
